Two delicious things I fancy: sauerkraut, and sprouts. Sauerkraut I’ve made before – incredibly easy, and a great thing to do with half a head of wilting cabbage, some pickling salt, and a glass jar. (and a few weeks of patience.) Sprouting is something new to me – delightfully easy, rewarding, fast, and healthy. (and also made in a glass jar.) (glass jars are a side fancy. i like things in jars.)
